1. Who we are
app3x.com is operated by APP3X (the "company", "we"), an AI-driven online travel agency aggregating flights, hotels, and travel services from third-party suppliers.
2. Using the service
You agree to use app3x for lawful, non-fraudulent travel-booking purposes. You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content from the site.
3. Bookings
When you confirm a booking, app3x acts as an agent between you and the supplier (airline, hotel, transfer operator, activity provider). The supplier's own terms govern the service delivered. We are not responsible for service performance by the supplier, but we will help mediate any failure on their end.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in your selected display currency (with FX rounding). Payment is processed by Stripe. Card data is never stored on app3x.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Each booking carries the supplier's cancellation policy (shown before confirm and on your voucher). Refunds, when due, return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Liability
app3x's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim. Force-majeure events (natural disaster, government action, supplier bankruptcy) are excluded from our liability.
7. Disputes
Try ASI-99 first. If we can't resolve it, written disputes go to email at hello@app3x.com. Final-stage disputes follow the laws of the jurisdiction app3x is incorporated in (TBD on final filing).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to registered users.
