Design has moved from 'AI is a tool we sometimes use' to 'AI is the design surface.' Figma's AI features generate full UI from text. Galileo and Uizard build entire apps from a sketch. Magnific upscales and reimagines images at superhuman quality. The skill that's now most valuable isn't pixel-pushing — it's prompt craft and AI-output editing. Junior designers who can't prompt well are getting overtaken by mid-levels who can. For MENA: Arabic-native UI generation is still weak — there's a real opportunity for an Arabic-first design AI.
