How does payment work?
All payments go through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and 100+ local payment methods. Your card details never touch app3x.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Pick your currency from the header switcher (USD / EUR / GBP / AED / EGP / SAR) and prices update everywhere.
Is free cancellation available?
On most hotels and many flights — yes. The exact cancellation deadline shows on each result card and is locked into your voucher.
What if my flight is cancelled?
If the airline cancels, we re-book onto the next valid itinerary or refund — full stop. Talk to ASI-99 for the fastest path.
Do I need a visa?
Depends on your passport + destination. Our Umrah module covers KSA visas end-to-end. Other destinations: ASI-99 will tell you in 30 seconds.
How do you find the cheapest fare?
We aggregate live inventory across 35+ airline NDC feeds + GDS suppliers, fan a search across them, and surface the cheapest fare per route — every search, every time.
What is ASI-99?

Can I book Umrah through app3x?

Are my data and payment details safe?
Payments are PCI-compliant via Stripe (we never store card numbers). Account passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions live in signed httpOnly cookies.
