Cancellations & refunds

Plans change. We get it.

The short version

  • Most hotels and excursions sold on app3x include a free-cancellation window. The exact deadline shows on every result card and is locked into your voucher.
  • Flights follow the airline's own fare rules — refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. We display the rule before you book.
  • Refunds for cancelled bookings return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
  • If something goes wrong on a partner's side (hotel overbooked, flight cancelled), we re-book or refund — full stop.

How to cancel

  1. 1. Open Manage your booking and look up your reference.
  2. 2. Click Cancel on the voucher. We'll show the refund amount based on the partner's policy.
  3. 3. Confirm. We email you the cancellation receipt and start the refund.
