Cancellations & refunds
Plans change. We get it.
The short version
- ▸Most hotels and excursions sold on app3x include a free-cancellation window. The exact deadline shows on every result card and is locked into your voucher.
- ▸Flights follow the airline's own fare rules — refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. We display the rule before you book.
- ▸Refunds for cancelled bookings return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- ▸If something goes wrong on a partner's side (hotel overbooked, flight cancelled), we re-book or refund — full stop.
How to cancel
- 1. Open Manage your booking and look up your reference.
- 2. Click Cancel on the voucher. We'll show the refund amount based on the partner's policy.
- 3. Confirm. We email you the cancellation receipt and start the refund.
