Egyptian passport holders can obtain a tourist e-visa for the UAE through the official FedHop portal or via their airline partner. The e-visa must be arranged before arrival; visa-on-arrival is not available for Egyptian nationals.

Common pitfalls
- Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from entry date
- E-visa cannot be extended; new visa required for longer stays
- Rejected if passport has damage, tears, or unofficial markings
- Visa is single-entry only
- Processing may be delayed if scans are poor quality or incomplete
Warnings
- Ensure all scanned documents are clear, colored copies
- Apply at least 3-5 days before intended travel date
- Some airlines (Emirates, FlyDubai) offer integrated e-visa services at booking
